Half.com

Half.com is owned by Ebay and is available for buyers within the 50 US States. 

The concept is amazingly simple.  Individuals and businesses put their CDs, books, videos, DVDs, and games for sale on Half.com.  Items that are 50% of list price or less get featured prominently.  Think of it as the World's Largest Used CD/book/video game/movie/DVD store in the United States.

The great thing is that all payments are handled by Half.com.  You select from their database, you pay Half.com, you select which method of shipping you prefer, and the seller ships the item.  Many items are shipped "Media Mail", which is a modern-day name for "Book Rate", the old 4th class method of shipping certain types of packages (books, records, tapes, etc), and can be slow to get across the country although that depends on the Post Office. 

If you're interested in selling on Half.com, it's incredibly easy!  Much easier than Ebay.  All you do is enter in the ISBN on the bar-code, select the quality (Like New, Good, Acceptable) and set your own price!  Like I said before, Half.com handles all purchases and cuts you a check when your sales/shipping amounts have reached $50.  You know those old CDs that every used record store won't buy, or those old college books that are marked up and tattered?  They sell on Half.com.  Click any of the banners to learn more.
