John Carter lives in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. Visit his own personal web site for information about his music. He has two CDs available: Humanrace and Rainbow Child.
Peter D'Adamo's work is very Nelson-inspired.
Todd Downing - [alpha] - The Reptile Brain - Sampled - [alpha] is the first (more experimental), The Reptile Brain is more mature and danceable, and Sampled is a compilation of Todd's favorite tracks from the two (so in case folks are anxious about spending the eight bucks on one of the other two, they can plop down six bucks for the compilation and get a taste of what his stuff is about.
Pete Gifford - or check out the PGRS website. Albums include Place And Distance, (virtually), Best Kept Secret, Collect, Safe Inside, Light Play, and No Time At All.

Kowtow Popof ("Aeroplane Wings" on Multiplex) has just released his third CD, Eat My Dust, on Washington, DC indie label Wampus Records (http://www.wampus.com). The new album features lead guitarist Rob Santos, whose axe-work also graced the Multiplex offering. Eat My Dust is a bit of a throwback and owes much to '70's rock of musicians such as Tonio K, Nilsson, Graham Parker, and Cheap Trick. In other words, it's not particularly Nelsonian-sounding. But Kowtow has been a big BN fan since "Maid In Heaven" jumped off an 8-track (cartridge, that is), so Bill's influence is somewhere in the mix. If you are interested in purchasing a copy of Eat My Dust, go to Amazon.com
Mark Rushton - Over 20 tracks available, including "The World's Design" and "Vivid Red". Musical format is mostly Big Beat dance, ambient, trip-hop-ish stuff with lots of samples.
Peter Stanley - CD Title: Smirk, Label: Grab Bag Records, Songs, production and engineering by Peter Stanley. All instruments (that includes real drums!) and 95% of the vocals by Peter Stanley. It is available at Amazon.com, CD Baby, or through my website at www.peterstanley.com.
Van Of Monks - Eric Tilley's site, complete with his contribution to Confessions of Young Moderns. Or visit Eric's site at MP3.com.
Tom Parsons has 2 tapes of electronic music: "Pink Sounds From the Purple Plain" and "Child of the Moon"; both contain an hour's worth of original electronic music compositions; influenced somewhat by Bill's instrumental albums.
Birds of Tin has been around since 1996. Influenced by the more experimental aspects of Bill's work. Things like "Chance Encounters" and "Sounding the Ritual Echo". UFA - In The Year 2525 (Millenium Megamix) single - available from
Amazon.com
The current single in a cover of In the Year 2525... and is based on a theme built
around Iggy and Bowie's China Girl. The next single (tentative December 1999
release) is an e-bow workout reminiscent of our Bill around Chimera. UFA's new single is available on mp3.com through the site www.ufamusic.com. The single is kind of
influenced by Scala, yet pop like. -- "Happen to You"
