Wah Wah Galaxy - Bill Nelson

I'm just really enjoying this on bandcamp! First time getting to hear it.

Its so varied and dynamic and each song has a real sense of mystery to it. Its got energy and to spare and it twists and turns every which way.

A great one, Mondo.

Really like the standout tracks "The Orson Welles Memorial Sleighride" and "The Six Coiled Serpent".

Just checking out something that I stumbled across on Bandcamp

Whispers of Calliope by INK
https://inkmusic5.bandcamp.com/

It's an acoustic covers album

Sober (Tool) 05:02
In a manner of Speaking (Tuxedomoon) 04:47
First we take Manhattan (Leonard Cohen) 02:52
Rebel Yell (Billy Idol) 06:07
Like the way I Do (Melissa Etheridge) 05:31
Hurt (Nine Inch Nails) 03:28
Disarm (Smashing Pumpkins) 03:24
Knife Party (Deftones) 04:11
Never tear us Apart (Inxs) 03:30
Come live with me (Massive Attack) 05:38
Hunger Strike (Temple of the Dog) 05:29

Not too sure about this one yet but thought that I would share it anyway.

After that pretty terrible cover album (Really!), I had to detox with something epic.

Alien World by Below The Sun
https://belowthesundoom.bandcamp.com/album/alien-world

One of my Bandcamp purchases. A nice mix of spacey and heavy, clean and harsh. Some great guitar sounds in this one.

(From Albarn's excellent, interesting, underrated album).

Gretschen Hofner = Maria Callous. Know I've mentioned this fab album before, but I love playing it around Hallowe'en! Always puts me in mind of the music played in a vampire nightclub haha! :P 8)

This is truly stunning. If anyone has even just a passing interest in the man, buy this. Much of this has been available from dubious sources for years but, and it's a BIG but, not in this quality. The solo New York sessions sound like the guy is in your living room playing it "just for you" 8)
An outstanding release (even though it has been pushed out to protect copyright)

I have lived with the original "Blood On tracks" since 1976 and guess I know every note, lyric and vocal nuance but these 6 discs deliver a wonderful new light on a MUCH loved album. Sheer joy :D
