According to a judge you can say what the hell you like on Twitter as its "Free Speach" which obviously lets the cyber terrorrists have "Free Speech" unless its not "Sustained abuse"

So cyber bullies, just carry on the way your going cos you know what ? Its alright because you probably havent hurt any feelings towards the individual.That person who has very little confidence in themselves and could be tipped over the edge by your wickedness.

I dunno, I mean you gotta have freedom of speach, Right ? It's a double edged sword. Just depends on whether you see the glass half empty or full and if you're daft enough to keep going back for more abuse then that's just unfortunate I suppose.
