Was going to post this on Photo of the Day, but doesn't really fit.

A movie even I've never heard of. Likely terrible, as were most 1970s sci-fi movies.

I actually own this poster.

From the 1964 film.

Sure! It;s old Robinson Crusoe! You remember kids! Well its just like that scenario only in space!

I love/hate these 50s and 60s space B movies! And even the hate is a lovey kind of hate. You know what I mean? :P

My favorite part is where it states that the film is scientifically authentic, and only steps away from current technology!

Its so cool that you have that poster Doc!

So do I.

Saw it when first released & was blown-away. Just try to describe it to someone: it's a thriller, love story, caper, etc. All over the place.

One of the first of the cinema du look films.

Okay, Mondo. Here's another one for you.

Image

A 1964 production as well. With the great John Hoyt as the main scientist.

Actually one of the better time travel movies, though I have no idea where you can find it to watch it.

Also written by Ib Melchior, who did Robinson Crusoe on Mars.

I want to be the guy who reads the taglines for these movies! Like old school radio announcer style!
