Michael Quatro In Collaboration With The Godshttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1sbXUGr6nVUInsane, mid 70's epic (19 minutes) prog masterpiece. Guitars, organs, synths, classic rock vocal samples (Joplin, Morrison, Hendrix, Led Zeppelin) and the kitchen sink.
(Chances are that I have posted this one before. Us old folks tend to repeat ourselves

)
I can see why 'The Carlsberg Special' by Wizzard would make you think of this : Obviously some classically-trained piano links the two .
An older brother of a friend of mine had this record. i remember the cover .
I like how when scrolling down to the comments someone named Luke Hale wrote, "My dad's the guitarist, Teddy Hale."
Suitably epic but doesn't get too heavy and boring . It's enjoyable .
I think I like the synthesizers the best, I love that sound of those in this and the rainstorm at the end .
He sure does play a multitude of instruments .
Interesting that his Michael Quatro's sisters are Suzie Quatro and Patti Quatro . Talented siblings .
I had and probably still have the Keith Moon record 'Two Sides of the Moon' that Patti is on and my brother had 'Fanny Hill' by Fanny . That cover always reminded me of a cult, maybe I'm thinking of the Manson girls . I just don't remember the music .
As far as that Wizzard track it's Bill Hunt on the piano as the upload indicates . He played French horn with The Move on their last album . Like Roy Wood, Bill Hunt is a multi-instrumentalist .
Did a little research and found out that his nephew is Miles Hunt, front man of The Wonder Stuff,
who did a cover of of '
Blackberry Lane' by The Move .
