Thin Lizzy - Still In Love With You

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XsIubn5Pp6s

...couldn't resist..it's such a great live performance of this song, and great to actually see the band perform...and I guess that's what I was kind of hoping for with this thread, to actually see some of your favourite songs performed live, capturing that electric moment when the band/artist actually connects with the audience..always something special and memorable...not compulsory to post video, but nice if you can....feel free if you so desire.

The Scaramanga Six - It's Just A Matter Of Time

I love these guys (and girl). They do epic sounds unlike anyone else. This track is triumphantly melancholy.

My assistant in the gallery, Andy, turned me on to this young guy - an astounding guitar player and all round talented composer and performer.

The real deal. 8)

A bonus - Blake's take on Santo and Johhny's Sleepwalk - definitely worth a look

Awesome tone 8)

Just watched this...and wow!...what a fantastic performance...I really like this a lot!
To be honest, this is the first time I've ever heard anything by this band, but I will certainly check out more..really good.
Great lead vox, and harmonies, and I loved the lead guitar break, concise and focused, perfect for the song..a definite mood of melancholia running through the song, but very powerful and uplifting nonetheless.

Hi Tourist,
They often do more light hearted tunes, but this one packs an emotional punch. There's quite a lot of live session videos on youtube:

You Should Have Killed Me When You Had The Chance
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GIY5r_TC9xY
This one really rocks!

I Am The Rain
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-i0Ympu6jTY

They also do a nice line in humourous videos for their singles. They fluctuate between 4 and 6 members. Second drummer (with the big hair) is my friend Stephen 'Stuffy' Gilchrist. Confusingly the twin brothers, Paul and Steve Morricone, swapped facial hair between the two live sessions.
If you want any more info, just PM me.
