Camel in Istanbul 2018 - Lady Fantasy
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=60C09OwOG8Q

Lady Fantasy has always been one of my favorites. Some bad, out-of-key 'sing-along' unfortunately.

They are playing in Den Haag tonight. This is a make-up show from June. Andy Latimer came down with pneumonia. The first set is Moondmadness in it's entirety.

Set list from an early tour show in Japan

CD 1 (Moonmadness)
01 Intro
02 Aristillus
03 Song Within A Song
04 Chord Change
05 Spirit Of The Water
06 Another Night
07 Air Born
08 Lunar Sea

CD 2
01 Intro
02 Mystic Dream
03 Unevensong
04 Hymn To Her
05 Rose Of Sharon
06 Coming Of Age
07 Sahara
08 Rajaz

CD 3
01 MC
02 Dingley Dell
03 Ice
04 Mother Road
05 Hopeless Anger
06 Long Goodbye
07 Lady Fantasy

However, at 50 euro a ticket, I am not even tempted.

Taste - 'What's Going On' (Live At The Isle Of Wight 1970)

..Rory's greatness aside, young drummers and bass players also take note...once again, that perfect merging of a trio..great performance 8)

The Rockers - We Are The Boys (Who Make All The Noise)

Roy Wood, Bev Bevan, Phil Lynott and the, sadly, recently departed Chas Hodges rip it up with a fun medley in some small English boozer in 1983, great fun, featuring a botched Chas & Dave intro with Chris Tarrant and the 'pub band' being interrupted by a furious insomaniac 'pub-guest'...blowing the roof off it! :D

Re The Rockers YT clip,

Imagine going down to your local pub one Friday night, walking through the doors and seeing those boys playing!..what a night!! 8) ...then, walking home, lead boots on, late as usual, the missus still up and waiting..'Had a good night?'..'Not bad, yeah, in fact, pretty amazing really'..'Oh, why's that?'..'Well there was a band on, really good'..'You never said'..'Didn't know'..'Who was it'..'Didn't catch the name, but they definitely weren't a tribute band..in fact it was, actually in real life, standing right there, in person, and playing in the pub, Phil Lynott, Roy Wood, Chas Hodges and drummer Bev Bevan, playing a medley of rock & roll songs..brilliant..couldn't believe it really'...……..'Oh, right....how many have you had??'..

I have, no doubt, posted this one before. No matter. It remains a fantastic instrumental track by a fine guitarist.

david bowie ~ China Girl

A wonderful version of this classic Bowie song...following a beautifully jazzy piano-led intro, the band shifts gears really quickly to deliver a punchy, punky flavoured rendition, that really pulls it off and Bowie's vocals and vocal range are perfect..it's a great performance.....I only discovered this performance quite recently and I think it's my favourite live version of China Girl.. 8)
