One amazing box set here. Esoteric always seems to do a great job with their R/I projects. Enjoyed alot of the Hawkwinds they've done... but this one is amazing. Admittedly, it's easy to see I have gotten behind on your music output Bill... but now here's a great way to get caught up on your solo stuff, and re-live some great BBD and Northern Dream stuff too. I was in radio here in the states in the 70s, and as soon as I saw the Axe Victim album sitting in the Music Director's office I checked it out and have enjoyed most BBD/Red Noise/solo material since. And of course the M.D. complaining to me about playing it on air too much went on deaf ears. And pretty much every time I attended a party, whoever was there was turned on to the latest BBD album. Bill, I don't understand the concept of having such a high creative output (I write 3 or 4 songs a year tops), but thanx for all the great work. Great stuff. |

Welcome Ned!  Just wanted to add to your praise for this box set Ned. I received this as a birthday gift earlier in the week and have been slowly working my way through this amazing box set. Hats off to Bill and Cherry Red Records for this beautiful masterpiece.
