I find it hard to find any of my old musical heroes who remain so vital. Bill Nelson is still evolving and enjoying himself while creating new music consistently. Listen to him; he could be 20 years old just discovering his ability to create music. Amazing. I am sure you will catch on to his new music.

Indeed, Andre.

And every neon cynic needs a bit of the blossom tree optimist's point of view and vice-versa. Each needs the other.

Perfectly put, Alec.

:P Looks nice there Felixt1, plenty of beautiful trees and plenty of open space.

Where do you live, out of interest (and for the sake of privacy, I don't mean your exact address!) :?:

I live in the 'village' area of a small town in north east Scotland called Banchory. I feel very privileged to live where I do.

I will point out however that my house is much smaller than either that appear in the photo

Yes, alec. Songs Of The Blossom Tree Optimists arrived last week.

I've barely had time to give it serious listening. Between the Easter holiday & flaming projects, it's been a slow music period.

Now I have to focus on getting The Practice Of Everyday Life

Well, size isn't everything y'know (or so we're told anyway!)

Banchory really is way up there isn't it, and not far from the obviously dramatic and beautiful Cairngorms National Park.
So, in many ways you are a lucky man :D

Here is another beautiful blossom tree I found on our recent holiday in Perthshire 8)

Image

Songs Of The Blossom Tree Optimists was one of the albums of Bills which soundtracked our holiday. Mazda Kaleidescope was another of the favourites on this trip 8)

If any of the upcoming albums this year are half as good as Songs Of The Blossom Tree Optimists then we are in for a bumper of a Nelsonic year............between you and me I'm pretty confident that this will be the case already
