I'm now pleased to invite you to a very special event to launch the 'JOY THROUGH AMPLIFICATION' album:

An exclusive VIP launch party will be held at The Leeds Club on Friday the 6th of July 2012. Tickets to this event will be strictly limited.

Situated right in the centre of Leeds, 'The Leeds Club' was established as a traditional gentleman's club in the 1920s and still operates as a private club, (though membership is no longer limited to males.)
We have secured a room in this handsome building in which to unveil the 'Joy Through Amplification' album, ahead of its official release.

Each of our guests will be given a signed copy of the album and also a limited edition signed print of artwork created exclusively for the party. (This print will not be available elsewhere.) There will also be a very special prize draw.

On arrival, our guests will be served with wine and canapes before the preview screening of a new videogram titled 'Albion Dream Vortex.' This video is from an as yet unfinished DVD titled 'Atom Totem Apparitions' which will not be made available to the public until much later in the year. It's soundtrack is also new and has not been heard by fans before.

After the screening of 'Albion Dream Vortex,' guests will be treated to the first ever public playback of the entire 'Joy Through Amplification' album. This will be via a powerful, recording studio-quality sound system which we are installing at the venue especially for this purpose. It promises to give our guests a superb listening experience.

I'm also currently creating an album-length video piece to screen whilst the album is being played back.

There will also be a video of 'coming attractions' which will clue you in on future albums and events.

After the playback, I will be available for a question and answer session with the assembled guests. I'll be happy to discuss the making of the album and any other topics of interest.

After the Q+A session, guests will have exclusive use of the club's bar and this will provide an extra opportunity for our guests to socialise and discuss what they've seen and heard.

Initially, you will be asked to register your interest in attending the party and tickets will then be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

It pains me to say that I will not be able to attend this event :cry:

I would like to extend my congratulations to those of you who do manage to secure tickets for the event (that includes you Andy :wink:

).

This will be an absolutely fantastic experience for the lucky few and I am gobsmacked at the relatively low ticket price for what will be an extremely exclusive album launch

However I do look forward to seeing you all at Nelsonica :wink:

Looks like it's gonna be a good night on July 6th and wish I could be there Felix, you know me I'd be there for the opening of an envelope! ......but a knee op on 28th June rules me out! Bugger!

I wish all who do manage to get tickets to this exclusive shindig a great time and I want a full report with pics asap...and I'll see you all at Nelsonica12

Erm, that would be my fault. He called me short so I shot him. On the bright side, it's saved him a couple hundred or so knicker. :lol:

Not true. Mr Asterisk would like to think that he's Jason Statham, but the truth is he went on tippy toes, to gain maximum height you see and proceeded to head butt me.....got me right on the knee, hence the op....
