may i also say, please please, i implore fellow Dreamsvillians, grab this volume, if there is such a chance, which at the time of writing this message, is still readily available!, from Pomona Website. ( I JUST CHECKED)

Don't fall victim to even higher selling prices down the line with regret, which with this short run, will eventually happen AGAIN ......

My copy arrived here in the USA today and I have to say I'm glad I went ahead and picked this up. The only problem I foresee is reading this without cracking that spine - it's thick! :lol:

The signature is a nice touch - thanks for taking the time to do that, Bill.
