Quite like Akash for Indian, as mentioned by Felix. This year, we also had a very good Chinese meal from Red Chilli, around from the Park, and a very good Thai repast at The Old Siam, right inside the Micklegate. In past years, we've enjoyed tapas at La Tasca, on Back Swinegate.

Too late for any else try this year, of course, but worth noting for the future.

Thanks Bill, for mentioning Guy Fawkes Inn ages ago now...Babs and I ate ther2011, and this friday my son James and I will make our third visit there......beautiful food, great beers/stout and terrific atmosphere....Thanks again..x :D
