Just a quick post to say what a fantastic weekend - met loads of great people who along with the event and music made it an unforgettable experience........well....the bits I can remember before I became 'over refreshed' anyway

When I finally slithered home this afternoon I showed my little boy Zak the picture of Bill holding the picture he drew of him - the look on his face was priceless......let's be clear here - he may only be seven but he's a big fan and no mistake 8)

I saw the picture of the drawing that Paul's son did, and for a seven year old it was pretty special. And nice talking to you Paul......even if I caught you when you were at the 'over refreshed' stage!!!

Sue-thank you for your kind words regarding Zak's drawing and lovely talking to you also - everyone I met was warm and good natured - for my first Nelsonica it made for a great time!!

Speaking of a great time,my wife Sam perused the photos posted by andygeorge this morning, spotting a ruddy faced and pissy eyed me standing (only just)behind you ladies - honestly, you can't get away with bloody anything these days can you!!!!

Would like to everyone for making my first NELSONICA 12 a wonderful experience. Also my mate Alan cawthorne for his company, to Peter cook for his wisdom and and whit.
Can i also say the to the American visitors that you are just fantastic for coming all this way to see the great man himself, who I met for my very first time and found him totally in tune with us all and so very friendly.
I met some new friends and hope they will become even stronger in the future, especially Felix and Mr Mercury (as i know him by).
I can not wait for the future events and hope to see many of you again.
Thank you Bill Nelson for some fantastic music and many fine titles. :D

Hey Mal, it was an absolute pleasure to meet you and have a bit of banter.

What's it like getting to hang out with the legend that is 'Stasi' Cawthorne?
