I am looking forward to this.

I was delighted when I heard it was Esoteric who are handling Bill's re-issues. I have a number of their releases and I must say I have been well impressed with the care and attention they take.

All I can say is that you will not be disappointed with 'The Practice Of Everyday Life.' The artwork and packaging is very impressive and the 8 discs give a wide-screen overview of the last 40 years of my musical history. This is a release I'm truly proud of and happy to recommend to you all. An absolutely essential document for all true fans of my music. :)

I said my wife was going to disown me for ordering this but she just shook her head a few times. However, I just noticed that "Sleeplessness" is included. Bill, you're a homewrecker! For some odd reason, that tune drives her bonkers. Me, I just find it oddly disturbing like I'm in the middle of a nightmare. (A testament to the power of your creativity.)

I can't wait to see her face when I get to that track.

ALTERNATE solo in 'Crying to the Sky?'

'Teenage Archangel'.

Fantastic!

:D

Some other tracks I don't recognise.

Looking forward also to CD Eight! :)

I think I once had a tape of the John Peel interview - long buried. It will be nice to hear these again.
