Lots of weird new EBow stuff . A sampling is on the same old soundclick site; free mp3 .
There's just something so fascinating and liberating about making noise this way
(EBow , pedals, no dubs) , on top of indulging my musical laziness . It's about
sonic exploration , tonal and effects expression and discovery, framed on a
skeleton of basic music theory structure (I play certain scales, and in key).
But the movements are improvised and amorphous (lazy) .

Or something like that .

The flow keeps moving , so I tag along. Piles of tunes ...aimless little adventures
into intriguing worlds of guitar sound (lately it's all been from a Mexi-Strat).
Someday, maybe I'll understand a little about what I'm doing with this Frankensteinish,
split -chain- mess of pedals , but probably not . It's still basically poking around half-blind,
tweaking things to find interesting noise, and keep the mix from being too fuckedup.
It succeeds about 5% of the time .

Enjoy, or not :)

Soon : I get to beta test the EM Pick by Paul Vo . It started out as the Wond 2 .

I am now starting to think of all of these presentations as Karaoke versions of your life / dreams / desires. I know that I am singing along while I am trying to put together a Best of 2 disc set.

But I am currently watching baseball in the dessert.

Some people see Jesus in a bagel, some people watch baseball in their Jello (dessert) .

And I have had to restart my best of list all over again with the arrival of mucho musica.

As for the Slowness of Oceans, maybe my proximity to a vast ocean has something to do with it, but I envision being on a freighter travelling the world. Oh for a song: Chinese Pirates!

Glad you found one you like so much...and that I didn't shitcan it, lol ! :D
A lot of my experiments don't work, and a lot of what sounds good at first ends up sucking .
I can cringe about some things I've sent some people. One metalworking friend likes all of it .
He's weird...
